The CutVision ClassManual is the waterjet machine that allows maximum production flexibility with the precision, speed and reliability of the traditional models. The ClassManual 30/28 model is indicated for whole leathers cuts in the furnishing and automotive industry, especially for high quality hides with a reduced number of defects and crust.
The basic model, the CutVision ClassManual 15-30, is designed for half hide cuts in the footwear industry, where the capability of cutting different materials in addition to leather cuts, such as PVC, EVA, cardboard, insoles, assures a maximum usage rate of the cutting station. With the 5 cutting-heads configuration, the system is able to cut up to 4000 insoles pairs per hour.
