This suite includes CAD software Logotag, with all the interfaces to read DXF, DWG, IGES, PLT, EPS, CNP files and export DXF and DWG.It also contains more than 50 parametric figures and standard macros. 2D fonts are directly importable from PC’s True Types Fonts, automatically converted in geometrical entities and placed into a library.Logotag generates an icon file (DFF) for CAM machining, assigns automatically physical attributes to the icons and generates immediately the file in machine language.

It contains the powerful function INTARSIO, able to generate automatically the single parts of a complex drawing. Helpful in the case of production of complex floors and inlayed tables.

Pieces to be machined with various technologies (disc tool, waterjet, mill) are grouped automatically. In case of regular tile machining, Logotag generates lists of pieces and materials.

Logotag also generates parts lists reports and realistic views of end product thanks to a materials library included in the installation.

 

This suite provides the Stairs design module.

Also Provides a large inlays library, ready to realize machining of tables, floors, decorations, etc.

 

 

 

 

FRESTAG

Sheets and “solid material” milling software.

Through an intuitive graphic interface, it’s possible to create quickly:

Frestag contains a full tool library subdivided in classes.

All types of tool can be managed. Furthermore, a lot of tool sequences are already prepared for use. In this way it’s possible to make complete polishing machining. All “solid material” machinings permit the use of discs to increase working efficiency.

INCISIONE

This suite includes the Logotag’s engraving function.

Through a bi or tridimensional fonts library , it’s possible to create engravings in sheets and “solid material” with free sections.

It’s possible to import automatically all types of TTF fonts (working profiles are automatically calculated).

3-5 axis engraving machines management with possibility of table-edge engraving.

LASTRA

Lastra technology allow sheet cutting on CN machines with disc tool , mills or waterjet cutting systems.

Starting from the sheet geometrical profiles, obtainable from cameras positioned on the machines, this software carries out an automatic nesting considering the cutting technology.

There are present 2 types of automatic nesting: box for disc cutting, true shape for Waterjet machines (or mills).

Cutting courses are automatically calculated, optimized for various cutting technologies.

There is also a manual cutting generation module.

Thanks to this, it’s possible to create sheet machining sequences, able to always execute” passer by” cuts.

Lastra is integrated in DESIGN SUITE, to receive automatically lists of pieces to machine and the concerning drawings.

This suite permits mill machining directly oh the sheets.

Machining solutions provided are:

• Drilling
• Pocketing
• Profiling , both cut and “brushing” (disc tool)
