INTARSIO - Inlay

“INTARSIO” is a special Logotag function used to manage equal geometries by identifying them automatically and applying the number to be processed for each one.
It breaks up the overall drawing into the different parts to be processed, automatically generating the basic specifications of equal geometric profiles and storing the files required to machine them.
The assignment of material textures gives an immediate preview of Florentine mosaics for the rapid design and rendering of inlaywork on marble and ceramics.
A single window manages all the cad parameters (tolerances, background colour, autosave, profile control tolerances, etc.)
Applied to complex artistic designs, it considerably simplifies the handling and storage of parts. A material can also be assigned to each part or set of parts, with rendering on the screen or in a printout including the list of profiles divided by geometry and material.
The complete production process can be controlled automatically; starting with the drawing, the program automatically calculates the materials required and the pieces present, calculates their dimensions for estimates, can print out the single parts including measurements and materials, and generates the cutting program for each single piece.
TIled inlay

Possibility to do the “tiled” inlay : it automatically produces, for each colour, N programs to cut one by one the pieces of tiles to be positioned on special squarings, producing the whole inlay. In this way only the inside cuts are made , exploiting the still existing sides of the right-angled. Besides it is possible to position more squarings on the machine tool in order to make the working faster.
Cut from the sheet
Splitting up of the pieces per cut type, with the creation of three different lists:
- “straight” pieces, to cut with traditional machines
- pieces in template, to cut with cutting machines “Waterjet” and such.
- rectangular pieces to cut with disk

In the print quotation report it is possible to visualize clearly the lengths of the cuts, both the curved and the rectilinear ones and the relative costs.
Automatic passage of data to Magic Tool, which produces the cut order, considering the required quantities for each colour.
Possibility to insert “on the spot” the sheets for each colour, with the aid of the program, which points out the required quantities. Cascade nesting run, which makes the positioning on the basis of each colour
