The INFISSI program caters for the complete processing of arches or profiles from templates. The box store allows for the optimization of arch sections on the materials available, and the production of printouts with tables for sectioning machines.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Definition of volume, frames, jambs, rebates, trim...
• Database: the program is based on the definition of one or more cutting technologies. All the values required for the calculation of the assembly of frame, counterframe, casement and trim are stored for each technology.
• The boxes in the store are stored for each type of material, each with its actual sizes, together with the cutting speeds (rotation and feed), offsets and the properties of the tools to be used in the generation of files.
• Definition of frames: management and processing of standard and flat arches and portholes by simply entering a few descriptive data.
• Box optimization: the program optimizes boxes to make full use of the materials in the store. Two optimization layouts are provided for: by minimum rectangle and by trapezium, depending on the shearing system used.
• Technology generation: several tool paths are created automatically, and can be called up on the NC individually or using a main program. The machining layout is stored, and remains available for future use.
