This program is designed for complete drilling cycles performed using multiple-spindle heads. Supplied with a powerful optimization algorhythm for choosing the spindles to be used and the work path, it can operate in "Stand Alone" mode for applications on specific drilling machines. As a Frestag processing function, it can be used to generate complete machinings in a single ISO file.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Database: the geometry of any kind of drilling head can be defined and stored with vertical and horizontal aggregates and spindles, and spindle movement times can be defined, as well as the classes of tools which can be used for different kinds of drilling.
• Drilling points: definition of points by means of drawings in .TAG format, using points on the centres of arcs and circles.
• Optimization: drilling is optimized taking into account head and spindle movement times, selecting the best sequence to be used on the basis of available equipment.
• Technology generation: the program automatically generates the path in CLF format, which can be used by all the Post Processors in the Taglio library. If Hole Maker is incorporated into Frestag processings, the path is generated in the program itself.
