Magic Tool is a complete CAM software for the control of cutting machines (Oxygen-flame, Plasma, Laser, Waterjet and combined machines)
Created on specific market requirement, Magic Tool, transparently with the most common cutting systems, allows the user to utilize completely the potentialities of the machines during the programming phase.

The "overlap check" and sheet filling is still fast and accurate when icons are automatically and/or manually placed

The reticular sort of icons is granted by matrix fuctions. Production lists to process in "Single Sheet" or "Work Order", are integrated in a open-database "Work Order"

Lead in points, bridges, microjoints are placed automatically by the cutting tecnology. The paths are optimized depending on the work settings and then it's possible to edit all the work and rapid movements.

Possibility of re-reading an icon in case of a modify after placing on a sheet

Cut steps are made quickly using the "Common Cut" function allowing a further saving in terms of consumptions and execution time; joined to the automatic management of multi-head machines it becomes a tool suitable to solve the most complex workings

Cut planes are supplied by: summarized data, simulation preview and detailed printouts, from the first data insertion, up to the execution in machine

Cropping sheet: can be obtained manually or automatically, marking the unused sheet area
