3DJ is the software for milling machining, for machines with 3 axis interpolated and 2 of positioning
This software is able to machine into the space in a very simple and intuitive way

INPUT

File types to import (mathematics) are:

• STL: mathematics from three-dimensional CAD
  Laser Scanning (3D Points): copying with laser and/or mechanical tracer from plans models or lathe
• BMP images: Automatic creations of machining surfaces through images
• Tag/dxf/dwg: 2D drawing files

MATHEMATICAL MANIPULATION

These operations are possible to facilitate the correct preparation of imported models:

• Rotation
• Translation
• Scale/Stretch
• Wrapping (Lathe)

MACRO SURFACES GENARATION

It is possible to generate directly by CAM some default surfaces (macro), useful on stone machinery

• Plant section Fireplace edges, Frames with constant sections etc…
• Concave Convex Columns / grooves
• Plant 2 sections Sinks, machining on full materials
• Extrusion fix section disc machining and variable profile extrusion (covers, curve covers etc…)
• Tapering Shower trays, dripping
• Turning Columns, machining on full material on rotated faces
